Description: This one-day workshop will provide participants with the understanding of the general thinking behind the changes in documentation requirements of the 2015 version. The workshop will identify the documentation requirements through exercises while case studies allows for understanding and application of the requirements. Participants will be made aware of how to interpret, apply and verify the implementation of the documentation requirements.
The general approach as well as all the specific documentation requirements of the 9001:2015 version of the standard will be expounded. By the end of the course participants will be able to:
Identify interpret and apply the documentation requirements of the current version of the standard.
Understand the changes in the documentation requirements between the 2008 and the 2015 version of the standard.
Be able to implement the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in their organization QMS.
Throughout the course participants will be given examples and problem solving demonstrations as well as the opportunity to apply the knowledge imparted and skills learned to practical, real life situations.
At the end of the workshop participants will possess:
Increased awareness and understanding of the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
Knowledge of approaches and techniques to fulfill the requirements;
Adequate knowledge to implement the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in their organization;

The training process:
1. Lectures - Skills, techniques and guidelines for QMS documentation will be presented and explained.
2. Questions - Ask the trainer and each other. There is no such thing as a dumb question!
3. Workshops - Participate in the process, apply the lessons taught and practice the skills learned.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
Training starts each day promptly at 9 a.m.
Morning coffee break about10:30 a.m.
Lunch for 1 hour at 12 noon
Start afternoon session at 1 p.m.
Afternoon session ends 4:30 p.m.
