Introduction to Risk Management
Course Duration: Sixteen (16) hours delivered over two (2) day
Course Cost: $36,000.00 per person +GCT
This two-day introductory seminar provides an overview of risk management and its practical application. It will introduce participants to principles and guidelines of risk management as outlined in ISO 31000. Risk Analysis tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis will provide participants with a qualitative and quantitative methodology for the application and integration of risk management concepts in their organization strategic operational processes.

- Understand how to use risk analysis tools to determine and prioritize the organization’s objectives

The training process:
1. Lectures — you listen and learn about the topic and the concepts associated with this area of quality management.
2. Questions — you ask them; looking forward to questions whether posed at the trainer or at each other of the trainer and of each other. There is no such thing as a dumb question!
3. Workshops — you participate in the process by applying the lessons taught and practice the skills learned.
Training course timing:
- Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and training starts promptly at 9 a.m. each day
- Morning coffee break about 10:30 a.m. and Lunch at 12:30 p.m.
- End of course at 4:00 p.m.
