• Provide quality products and services that meet the requirements, needs and expectations of our internal and external customers/stakeholders.

 

• Comply with the provisions of the governing legislation and all other enactments, relevant to our operations.

 

• Implement and maintain conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

 

• Provide our employees with the necessary resources, including training and equipment, and establish and maintain a working environment that supports the provision of quality products and services to all customers.

 

• Implement strategies to reduce consumption of electricity, water and paper.

 

• Implement strategies to minimise solid waste by evaluating our operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

 

• Replace inputs to our operations that generate hazardous wastes with non-hazardous alternatives or minimise quantities where possible.

 

• Minimise vehicular emissions through the selection and use of our fleet and the source of our fuel requirement.

 

• Comply with all environmental legislation and other requirements that relate to the organisation.

 

• Update this policy, our objectives and targets periodically in consultation with employees and external customers/stakeholders.
