Familiarizes participants with management systems through ISO 9001:2015 and the requirements for documented information. This hands-on course provides opportunities for participants to actively engage in process mapping while applying the principles and requirements of the standard to strengthen or develop their organization’s Quality Management System. This instructor-led online course will immerse participants in lectures, critical discussions, direct/guided instructions, and problem-solving exercises. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in various authentic scenario-based learning activities; design process flows, process maps, and procedures for critical processes within an organization of choice with expert guidance.
