Product Description
Empowers participants with information on food safety, its benefits, and the importance of understanding HACCP within the food industry. Participants will also be exposed to the Pre-Requisite Programme (PRPs) and the associated requirements under the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) for Voluntary Qualified Importers and the Inspection of Foreign Food Facilities. Learners will also have the opportunity to participate in various authentic scenario-based learning activities and design a preliminary Food Safety Plan based on the PRPs for an organization of choice with expert guidance
