The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) – Module 3: Food Defense Course exposes participants to food defense guidelines, regulatory requirements, and planning. This instructor-led online course has an independent learning component that is contextually relevant to your organization. Participants are encouraged to complete the pre-assignment before the first day of the training to reap the full benefits of the engagement. They will also be immersed in lectures, critical discussions, direct/guided instructions, and problem-solving exercises. Learners will also have the opportunity to participate in various authentic scenario-based learning activities and create a food defense plan for an organization of choice with expert guidance.
