Product Description
Exposes participants to requirements under the US FDA FSMA, the Prerequisite Programme, the benefits, risks, and opportunities associated with compliance and maintaining a robust HACCP system supported by documentation. They will be introduced to food additives and nutrients and immersed in activities that will heighten their awareness of the audit requirements and possible evaluative judgments that may be issued at the end of an audit. This course will also increase the participants’ awareness of sound HACCP management practices.
