Introduction: The Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ) is a Participating (P) member of the ISO/COPOLCO, ISO’s Committee on consumer policy.

At the request of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) The BSJ was called to establish the Correctional Services Technical Committee to develop national standards for Correctional Services in Jamaica.
10.12.21 -
The Tourism and Related Services Technical Committee was reconvened in 2019 to conduct the revision of the following two (2) Jamaican Standards:
