This standard provides general requirements for the maximum limit for the lead content in paint and similar coating materials supplied in fluid and dried form as well as sampling, analysis and storage. These requirements shall be applied for paint and similar coating materials that are used to include the following but not limited to domestic, industrial and automotive applications.
